Central Urban Development, Inc. (CUDI) was established March 9, 2001 as a community-based, not-for-profit organization formed to promote economic development. The Primary mission of the corporation is to engage in the development and maintenance of housing, education and care for children, adults and families in our community.

CUDI is a subsidiary of the Northeast Church of Christ. We are a financial group with aspirations of developing, providing financial awareness, and opportunity.

Our Vision

We see the revitalization of a traditionally underserved, disinvested community having economic and social service opportunities at least equal to those provided in other communities in Oklahoma City, e.g. quality education, homes owned by those living in them, grocery stores focusing on healthy eating and living, retirement housing, et al. We believe in partnering with groups who have similar vision and will assist us in meeting our mission and objectives. Out of such partnerships, the JFK Redevelopment project emerged.
